Which data does Northdeck Ads pull?

Spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions and CPA, by day and by campaign, for the ad accounts you connect.

Can Northdeck Ads change my campaigns?

No. It reads reporting data only. It cannot change budgets, bids or campaigns.

A sync failed. What do I do?

Open the add-on from Extensions in your sheet and check the status. If it says access was revoked, reconnect the ad account. If the problem continues, email us with the sheet name and the time of the failed sync.

How do I remove Northdeck Ads?

Disconnect your ad accounts in the add-on, then remove the add-on from Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons. To delete your data, email us from the address you signed in with.

Is it free?

Yes, Northdeck Ads is free for now. We'll tell you well in advance before any paid plan applies to you.
