Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Northdeck Ads website, web app and Google Sheets add-on ("the Service") provided by Northdeckai ("Northdeck", "we", "us"), a company based in New York, USA. By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
Northdeck Ads retrieves reporting data from advertising accounts you connect and writes it to Google Sheets you choose. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; we will tell you before any charge applies.
Your account
You must have the right to access the ad accounts and spreadsheets you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to access data you are not authorised to see, to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to use it in violation of law or of the terms of the ad platforms and Google services you connect.
Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy policy.
Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party platforms, including advertising platforms and Google Workspace. Their availability, APIs and terms are outside our control, and changes to them may affect the Service. Northdeck is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any advertising platform.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep syncs reliable and accurate, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Reporting data comes from the ad platforms and may be delayed, revised or incomplete. Always confirm figures in the source platform before financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0) or $100, whichever is greater.
Ending use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
